Poker is a card game where players place bets in order to win a pot (which represents money). The player who has the highest hand wins. Poker is played from a standard pack of 52 cards. The cards are ranked from high to low: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5. Some games also include wild cards that can take the rank and suit of the player’s choice (usually dudes and one-eyed jacks).<\/p>\n
